Refund policy
At AltitudeAbundance, every product is made to order just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues. We encourage you to review our size guides carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.
To start a claim, contact us at altitudeabundance@protonmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
- A brief description of the issue
Do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at altitudeabundance@protonmail.com.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Change of mind purchases
- Incorrect size selections
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is approved for return due to a defect or error, please place a new order once your refund is processed.
